VTR Uniforms wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
While we are looking to expand our online services in the near future, and will be able to ship directly to other provinces, returns are not yet accepted through the post and must therefore be handled in person.
Whether you bought your items online, by phone or in any of our stores; you can return or exchange them at our Guelph location, however all original tags must be attached to the item(s) of clothing. To return or exchange a product, please ensure to provide the invoice and/or receipt included with your order and the same method of payment (credit, debit, gift card) used for the original purchase.
We offer an exchange or refund with an invoice and/or receipt, within 30 days of the purchase date, using the original form of payment. After 30 days, refunds will be issued as a merchandise credit at the current selling price. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or merchandise credits for returns without the original purchase receipt. If you don't have a copy of your invoice and/or receipt, you'll be credited the current price of the item in the form of a VTR Uniforms Gift Card.
